As I'm only semi-computer literate, I was somewhat reluctant to take on the task of upgrading the Acer notebook for a larger RAM. I did need to do this so Windows Vista could be upgraded to Windows 7. The job was really easy and the upgrade (RAM and OS) were successful. Installing the new operating system should have been this easy!
