A work of art
by .. M. Jennings (Los Angeles, CA)
While it certainly isn't a cheap keybooard, the diNovo Edge for the the Mac is a beautiful keyboard and will compliment your mac. I used to have a msft bluetooth keyboard that I used and it stuck out like a sore thumb next to my iMac (in addition, it didn't have the Mac specific keys like cmd). Once I got my Edge, all was harmonized in the world again. Only con for this product is that if your keyboard power dies, it takes a few minutes to do a quick recharge. Therefore I try to put the keyboard in the cradle at the end of each week to prevent this from happening.
Logitech is in a league of their own

Logitech must have an amazing design team. Like many of their other products I've used, this keyboard is stunning to look at, thoughtfully designed, and comfortable to use. The key action is the best I've experienced. The thinness eliminates wrist strain. The inclusion of the innovative TouchDisc makes it possible for me to type without strain in my favorite position (comfortably leaning back in my chair with my feet up on my desk and the keyboard resting on my lap). I also appreciate the extra touches: the music player controls, the delete forward key, the volume slider, and the Mac sleep button.
I had a couple issues out of the box: the brightness keys didn't work and scrolling on the TouchDisc was a bit clunky. But after I downloaded 2.7.0 of the Logitech Control Center software and spent a bit of time tweaking the tracking and scrolling speed and acceleration, both issues were resolved. (Update: I just got another one of these to pair with an iMac that already had 2.7.0 installed. Again, the brightness keys didn't work, but this time I couldn't upgrade to try to solve it. After trying many things, I finally uninstalled and then reinstalled 2.7.0, and that solved the issue. Strange little software bug, I guess. The other thing I noticed when I installed the first keyboard is that 2.6.0 doesn't recognize that an upgrade is available, so I had to go to [...] to download it manually.)
Unlike some other reviewers who miss the numeric keypad, I actually prefer keyboards that don't have one. After many years of using laptops, I'm used to that configuration and find keyboards that still include a keypad to be too wide.
I'm actually liking this keyboard much more than I thought I would. Kudos, Logitech!
A Good Size Keyboard

I just purchased a new iMac, and could not handle the small keyboard that came with the system. I did my research, and this keyboard meets my needs and then some! It is a very well built product, and it continues the Logitech quality that I count on. A Five Star keyboard.
Expensive yes, but you get what you paid for

First of all, I have the Dinovo Edge for PC that I bought when the new aluminum iMac came out 2 years ago. I picked up the Mac edition when I got myself a second iMac. The price is a little cheaper for the Mac edition but now the functionality has been improved over the PC edition. Since this review is on the Mac edition I'll focus on that.
For me, I wanted a wireless keyboard where I don't have to swap out batteries. This is basically the only keyboard that offers a rechargeable base station. I usually go about a month before I have to recharge. And I never turn off the keyboard. The base station sits in my cabinet hidden until I need to charge it. I just plug it in the wall, plop the keyboard onto the base station and let it charge up. I don't like having to take out batteries and put in the recharger and then have to put back batteries which I was doing before when I had a PC.
I use an MX revolution wireless mouse from Logitech for both my iMacs and it meets the same rechargeable base station requirement. However with that mouse I need to plug in a USB receiver. Luckily for the Dinovo edge it is Bluetooth! Never had a problem with the Bluetooth dropping out or synching, works flawlessly.
The only thing I would have liked is having a 10 key section. The trackpad and volume slider on the keyboard is nice, but I use a better mouse anyway. I could see it being used on a mac mini for a home theater setup though where you occasionally might need a mouse.
The really nice thing is that it matches the aluminum iMac in design. You can lower the price a little by selling the keyboard that Apple gives you in the box. It will still beat any other keyboard out there. I also forgot to mention that this keyboard is SLIM!! It's seriously sexy.
The Best Keyboard You Could Purchase
by .. Tyler Anderson (Missouri)
This keyboard is absolutely fantastic. I don't believe that I have ever typed on a more easy-to-use keyboard. I have owned an older version of the diNove wireless keyboard for my old Windows Laptop, and I loved it as well. It's almost difficult to describe in words how simplistic the keyboard is. It makes it extremely easy to type away without missing a keystroke, the extra features such as the iTunes quick buttons, and the trackpad plus audio quick button make it even that much better. Above these, the Bluetooth integration with you Mac system makes it that much better. No longer do you have to plug in a small wireless receiver into your USB port and take up a spot, instead, when your laptop or keyboard come in range of each other they will automatically sync after having been synced a primary time.
I would give this six stars out of five if I could.
I am currently using the Wireless Mighty Mouse by Mac in combination with this keyboard and together they are fantastic!
I hope that everyone else loves this keyboard as much as I do! ^_^
