well i was real hesitant to buy a "fakealized" macbook charger but i needed the charger and did not feel like paying 80 bucks for it, so instead i searched amazon for the best price n found this one. a lot of reviewers complained about ther extension not fitting but mine actually fit and it works perfect. the quality is pretty good i mean its not like the original but heck it won't break fast im not going to be throwing my charger around, i dont travel with my computer so my charger will be at home most of the time and even if i do travel around with it i wont be worried about this charger breaking because its pretty good. i dont expect it to last forever since this is my 4th charger the previous were all apple brand. hope this helps

This charger is a great alternative to the $70 charger from Apple. It works perfectly on my macbook. The only issue I have is that the Extended cable from my old charger that plugs in to the wall, doesn't fit this charger. That isn't such a big deal, because the plug that's included with this charger is better for travel.

At a fraction of the price of the factory adapter, I wasn't expecting much, but it plugs in and charges without any problem or difficulty.

After reading reviews for other similar products, I decided on this one, because it seemed to have the most consistent good feedback. I have been using the adapter now for one month, it works great, doesn't overheat, all of the components fit and work well, in short it has been just as good as the original. I have had good luck, I would expect you would too.

The charger has worked just like an apple charger for half the price. Well worth the money.
