Hard case for iPod Nano

Great product! Strong, thick plastic and when connected around the Nano, it's difficult to open back up (good thing.) The plastic cover also covers the screen - I was nervous that it may not from some of the other reviews and almost didn't buy it. I'm glad I did.

Was kinda hard to open but when i got it open my ipod fit perfectly!
It did cover the screen! For the price i am very happy with it! I would recommend it to anyone! And once the Ipod is in the case dont worry about it falling back out b/c i tried to take mine back out to look at the case more....and i couldnt open it back up! Which actually made me happier b/c now i know i dont have to worry about my ipod falling out of it! The shipping was excellent! I bought this and an FM Transmitter they came in the same box and they came in very quickly! I ordered them Tuesday and they came Friday morning! I am very pleased! Dont think twice just buy it! You'll love it!

I got this style case for my SanDisk Sansa Fuze and I just purchased this particular case for my iPod Nano 3rd Gen. READ THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU BUY! There are TWO different cases that look the same from the picture...
Before you buy, CONTACT THE SELLER and make 100% sure that you are looking at the right one!
If it says "Reusable LCD Screen Protector" then you know that it is not a FULL COVER CASE. Do not buy the kind that says it comes with the "Reusable LCD Screen Protector".
Don't confuse the two styles!
Before you buy, compare the details between the "Apple Ipod 3rd Generation Nano 4gb 8gb Transparent Clear Crystal Snap-on Cover Case" and the "Transparent Clear Crystal Snap On Hard Case for SanDisk Sansa Fuze".
I have no idea why the sellers refuse to add the detail "Does Cover Screen" or show a picture of the two halves of the plastic case.
I have been using my Sansa Fuze Clear Crystal Case for about a month now and it is freaking indestructible. The ONLY down side to this style is that since the wheel isn't covered, if you are not careful, you can get a drop of water between the player and the case.
I hang the player from a lanyard around my neck and if I'm not paying attention, I have dripped water on it. So far, I have had to open it once to get the drop of water out. No harm, no foul.
To open the case, take a thin knife or a very very thin piece of plastic (I used my swiss army knife blade) and GENTLY stick it in to the seam where the docking port is and SLOWLY AND GENTLY push it towards the 'latch' on the side. It should come right open.
You CANNOT open it by trying to use your fingers to pry it open. You WILL crack the case if you are not careful and use too much force.
I have posted a video on how to get the case off of the SanDisk Sansa Fuze and the same can be done for the case for the Nano.

I'm on my second case now from eforcity (bought it from them on ebay FYI, same price though). I just wanted to give a tip if you buy this...after putting the case on your nano, take some of that wide & clear packing tape and cut it to size over the video window (outside the case of course). Then when this casing gets scratched up to the point where the screen isn't viewable any longer, you simply peel the old tape off and slap a new one on. Keeps the screen permanently viewable :)

i got it because i didn't want to spend 20$ at apple/circuit city/best buy for a lil plastic peice. was a lil worried about some reviews because they said it scratched easy. i have not had a problem with this at all and i keep it in the same pocket with my keys, maybe if i dropped it on the cement then kicked it. but i am very happy with it, does a excellent job of protecting it and its easy to keep it clean. it is a lil hard to get off if you have something stuck under it but i'd rather have it be locked in there then always popping off.
if you want something to protect it i would definately get this. and if the case breaks or scratches in 6 months or so, its only a couple bucks for another one
